PreeMe

PreeMe supports families with premature babies through their NICU journey, from admission to discharge. We partnered with the team on a substantial redesign, rethinking the experience from UX flows and interface design to a refreshed visual identity and motion video.

The redesign

Rethinking the experience from the ground up.

The scope went well beyond a visual refresh. We redesigned every UX flow and the UI, bringing onboarding, daily updates, and care activities into a more approachable experience. The aim was to give parents a clear way into information that can feel unfamiliar.

Communicating progress

Helping parents understand their baby’s progress.

The founder defined the biomarkers and color logic behind each stage, grounded in clinical research. We translated that research into cards, visual cues, and gentle explanations to help parents understand what each color and biomarker means for their baby’s care.

Brand foundations

Meet Clara, the face of PreeMe.

The clients wanted something very simple. Clara brings that idea to life: a gentle, expressive face that gives PreeMe a familiar presence, from the logo to its 3D interpretation.

The challenge

Encouraging care without adding pressure.

We designed gentle ways to encourage daily care, without streaks, timers, or rankings. Created with the client team, the characters brought warmth and a sense of growth, giving parents encouragement without pressure.
